What we do

We meet with you and your colleagues to review and to analyze your short and long term metal requirements.

We analyze your current specifications. We obtain samples of metal you are presently using, either successfully or unsuccessfully, and have metal tested and a Quality report is sent back to us. Following discussions with our mill source ,we make recommendations to duplicate existing specifications or make a suggested  change to improve the control or quality to maximize value. We ,usually, request a trial minimum production order, to verify our mills quality level for your application.

Following successful trial evaluation, we usually enter into a discussion to determine the most efficient way for you to receive production goods on time ,every time. Once the supply chain method is agreed upon, we usually ener into a production mode where production orders are sent into us and we forward them to mill, once we review the PO for any errors. The mill promptly acknowledges the PO and sends Collier a copy of sales acknowledgment for follow up and review for error. After the production order is received, there is a follow up for customer satisfaction of the metal in the manufacturing process and the package the metal came in to the customer's plant.
